Booking & Payment

• All reservations are subject to availability.
• A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
• The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in.
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 14:00 hrs
• Check-out time: 11:00 hrs
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Guest Identification

• Valid photo ID is mandatory for every guest at the time of check-in.
• Accepted IDs include Driving Licence, Voter ID, or Passport.
• PAN Card is not accepted as a valid identity proof.
• The property reserves the right to deny check-in in case of non-compliance.

Kids Policy

• Children up to 6 years stay complimentary.
• Children aged 6–12 years are charged 25% of the room rate.
• Children above 12 years are charged 35% of the room rate.

Cancellation & No-Show

• No cancellation charges if cancelled 60 days prior to the check-in date.
• 50% cancellation charges apply if cancelled 15–59 days prior to check-in.
• No refund for cancellations made within 15 days of check-in or in case of No Show.
• Date postponement will be treated as cancellation.

Blackout Dates & Long Weekends

• Bookings during blackout dates and long weekends are non-cancellable.
• 100% retention charges apply for any cancellation.
• No refunds for early check-outs or unused nights.

Property Rules

• Guests are expected to respect property rules and maintain decorum.
• Any damage to property assets will be charged to the guest.
• The property reserves the right to evict guests without refund in case of misconduct.

Force Majeure

The property shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused due to natural calamities, government restrictions, or events beyond control. In such cases, 100% retention charges may apply.

Limitation of Liability

The management shall not be responsible for loss of valuables, personal belongings, or any injury during the stay. Guests are advised to take care of their belongings.
