This policy outlines the terms for cancellation, refunds, and no-show cases for reservations made through our website.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation charges if a confirmed reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to the check-in date.

50% cancellation charges apply if the reservation is cancelled 15 to 59 days prior to the check-in date.

No refund will be issued if the reservation is cancelled within 15 days of the check-in date or in case of No Show.

Blackout Dates & Long Weekends

Reservations made for blackout dates and long weekends are non-cancellable.

100% retention charges will apply for any cancellation during these periods.

No refunds shall be entertained for early check-outs or unused nights.

Change or postponement of dates will be treated as cancellation.

Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only.

Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.

Any payment gateway or bank processing charges, if applicable, shall be deducted from the refund amount.

Force Majeure

In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control, no refund shall be applicable, and 100% retention charges may apply.
